The game, texts, animal drawings and the CreaZ.fr logo are the property of the company Internet, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. The names of the zoos mentioned and the advertisers' brands belong to their respective owners.

Advertising and partner links

Banners marked "Advertisement" lead to third-party websites, which are solely responsible for their content. Some links are affiliate links: if you make a purchase through them, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, the company Internet earns from qualifying purchases. Advertising intended for adults is only displayed in the 18+ Area, after a declaration of legal age.

The information about animals and zoos is provided for general information only. The game is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability.

Data collected

To play, we collect: the first name chosen from a list (not your real name), your email address, your age range and, if you agreed, your consent to receive news. For each game, we also record the animal opponent, the score, the start and end date and time, and the game duration. Each new game creates a new entry linked to your email.

Department: at the end of a game, your IP address is sent once to the ipapi.co geolocation service to work out your French department (or your country outside France). Your IP address is never stored: only the department is kept with the game.

Why?

This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the boxes when signing up. You can withdraw it at any time.

Under 15

In France, a minor under 15 cannot consent alone to the processing of their data: the agreement of their parents (or legal guardian) is required. By choosing "Under 15", the player declares that they have this agreement. Parents can ask at any time for their child's data to be deleted via the contact form.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years after your last game, then deleted automatically.

Recipients and storage

Your data is only used by the company Internet. It is stored on our server at the host mentioned in the legal notice. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, phone number (optional) and message. This data is sent via the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc., United States, i.e. outside the European Union) solely to answer your request, and is kept for 3 years from our last exchange.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, use the contact form. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website only uses one technical cookie (PHPSESSID), required for it to work. During your visit, it keeps your first name, email, declared age, language and, where applicable, your declaration of legal age in the 18+ Area. It is deleted when you close your browser. No advertising or audience measurement cookies are set by this website: the advertising banners are simple images with a link.
